Email to Fax (Sending)

When you have been set up for outbound faxing, you will have received an instructional email with details on how to send faxes. If you have not received this email or are unsure if outbound is enabled on your account, call us and we can enable your account for outbound at no extra cost. Outbound faxing is included with a paid account, but it is not automatically set up due to problems in the past with fraudulent users and spammers. If you have received this email and lost it, we can also resend it to you.

Sending a fax can be done in three easy steps.

• 1) Notify AirComUSA that you want to start sending outbound faxes. We will then give you the email address that you will use to send faxes. Put this address in the "to:" portion of your new email message.
• 2) Put the ten digit fax number into the body of the email. Make sure there is nothing else in the body of the email. Get rid of all headers footers etc.
• 3) Attach the appropriate file(s) that you wish to fax and push send.
  

Your attached files may be any of the following formats:

• doc - Microsoft Word Document
• tif and tiff - Tagged image file
• prn and ps - PostScript
• pdf - Adobe PDF
• txt and text - Plain text
• html - HyperText Markup Language

Note the subject line is not printed on the actual fax, it is only for your reference.

To send an *international fax:

• Include the digits "011".
• Enter country code.
• Follow with the fax number.
