Fax Software

AirComUSA does not require you to have any fax software. We work with your existing email software. Due to the fact that we do not require you to have any new fax software you do not need to learn a whole new program. We work with your existing email address so sending and receiving faxes is just as easy as sending and receiving emails.

Some companies may have you download their fax software. Fax software takes up space on your hard drive and is just one more program you have to spend time learning. AirComUSA works with your existing email account. Whether you are using Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo or any other email client, if you are able to send and receive email you are set up to us AirComUSA's fax services.

Sending a fax with email with AirComUSA is just as easy as sending out an email with an attachment. This process can be summed up in three easy steps:

• 1) Notify AirComUSA that you want to start sending outbound faxes. We will then give you the email address that you will use to send faxes. Put this address in the "to:" portion of your new email to fax message.


• 2) Put the ten digit fax number you wish to send to into the body of the email. Make sure there is nothing else in the body of the email. No headers, footers or other comments etc.


• 3) Attach an appropriate file that you wish to fax and push send. That's it you have just sent out a fax.

There was no need for any fax software or any new tool for you to use. When it comes to sending faxes AirComUSA makes it easier for you and us, without the use of any fax software.
