The Fight against spam email is important, yet current spam filters are not perfect. You may find that your current email provider or client is blocking requested emails such as the ones from AirComUSA, that contain important fax attachments.
There is something you can do to keep your faxes from being flittered or blocked. Below are instructions for some of the more popular email systems. If yours isn't here, please contact your Email Provider's customer service for their instructions.
If you are part of a company that uses our service, call your help desk or email technician to check for problems before calling us.
AOL
For AOL version 9.0: you can ensure that your faxes are delivered to your Inbox by adding our sending address (support@aircomusa.com) to your "People I Know" list.
Alternatively, you can just send an email to support@aircomusa.com, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
If you're using an earlier version of AOL, you'll need to set your Mail Controls instead. Here's how:
For AOL version 8.0: Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.
For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include these domains:
Yahoo
To ensure that your faxes are delivered to your Yahoo Inbox (not the Bulk Mail folder), you can instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox. Here's how:
Hotmail
If you're using Hotmail, you can ensure that your faxes are delivered to your Inbox by adding our "From" address to your Safe List. Here's how:
